Successful Funding

Over the past few years Domus has had great success in raising funds from local agencies. It raised $1.1 million from the Hudson County Division of Housing and Community Development for the Kearny Senior Residence project and $1 million from the Hudson County Division of Housing and Community Development for the Holy Rosary Senior Residence project. In addition, it has raised $1.2 from the Bergen County Division of Community Development for the St. Mary's project in Dumont. Domus has also secured $190,000 in administrative funding from the NJ Office of Housing Advocacy.

HUD is a partner in many of Domus' developments, funding a significant number of its projects. The following summarizes over $45 million of funding provided by HUD over the past decade:

  • Immaculate Conception ($6.2 million)
